It’s a natural larch extract with the molecular formula C6H12O6.It is a pure polysaccharide and it is even recommended for children. Its external properties of persistent chronic inflammation of E.Coli ( Escherichia coli ) in the urinary system , and is 10 times more powerful than red raspberries.
Waterfall D-Mannose prevents adhesion of coliform bacteria to the wall of the bladder to cause inflammation with resulting excreted with urine during urination .

Instructions
1.the first two (2 ) days administered orally with water , tea or juice every three ( 3) hours one teaspoon

Dosage
DOSAGE one tablet with water or juice (not orange juice and cranberries) every three hours for the first 2 days. From the 3rd day and then 1 tablet every 8 hours until symptoms subside
Maintenance dose of 1 tablet daily.
Recommendation for taking two tablets one hour before and one after the sexual intercourse over and above the usual dosage
